back to wasting bandwidth...

OK. Ready or not, here I come!

That's right―after your run-of-the-mill 7-month coffee-type break, Spiffy/Gerald/Jerry is back. Yes, everyone's favorite blogging dynamo (motto: He Lives to Blog) humbly reports for duty. I'm at your service once more.

Spiffy, back? I know what you're thinking: now there are two words you really hate to see paired, kind of like "botched colonoscopy"... or "Republican majority." So go ahead, cringe away. Pout. Cry me a river. See if that stops me.

But first―if you'll be so good as to excuse me for a few minutes, I think I feel a bit of a lie-down coming on. This sudden posting frenzy, this manic, gushing torrent of words, after so much time off, is way more taxing than I'd bargained for.
